Vintage custom titanium plain edge sleeve knife from the creative mind of Master Knife Maker Newt Livesay. His version of the famous WWII sleeve knife.

 
These were designed to function as covert weapons.
 
These were designed to be stitched behind the jacket lapels or   also be stitched anywhere about the clothing. The serrated blade is small but effective.
