For your consideration is this A.R.S. (Attack Rescue Survive) multi use survival neck wear dog tag. New unused obtained from Alex Shunnarah owner of ARS. New in original un-opened package.

The set includes black rubber silencer, metal dog tag knife, button compass, ferrocerium rod.

Black rubber silencer surrounding bright 440C stainless steel dog tag shape knife that can also be used as a mirror. Rub the notch in the blade to the Ferrocerium rod to produce sparks to start a fire.
