 Vintage Barry Wood/Mike Irie Classic MK-2 Swing lock folding knife. New old Stock. I obtained the knife from Mike Irie 2025. 

One of the strongest folder lockups there is. To open and close the knife it spreads apart at the indentation at rear of handle.
