Product Overview

Vintage sambar stag handle Bonanza split folding knife.  Made in Italy. Included is the original Bonanza box. There is no paperwork. Pre-owned but doesn't appear to have been used. I polished the brass bolsters with some Flitz polish.

Popular knife maker Barry Wood designed this style of split open scales.

To open the knife spread the handle scales apart at the rear of the handle.

Sambar stag handle scales held on with 2 brass pins. The stag scales are not a close match. Brass liner. Mirror polished clip style blade. 

Stamped on inside of one handle Bonanza 01452 and on other handle Made in Italy.

7 5/8" OAL, 3 3/16" Blade, 4 3/8" Closed.  Tight lock up no blade play
