Arizona knife maker Jim Ort made this fine looking  fixed blade double edge knife with damascus blade. New unused.

 
Black micarta handle scales. Full Tang. Nickel silver skulls attached to both sides. 
 
Mirror polished nickel silver bolster.
 
Jim's damascus double edge blade.
 
OZ, Jim's logo etched on top edge of handle.
