Product Overview

Custom tactical  tanto fixed blade knife by popular knife maker Newt Livesay. He calls this knife DARK SIDE BUSHI. New old stock. I obtained the knife from Newt.

Elk handle scales with index finger groove. The grip is very comfortable and very secure no matter how you grip the knife. Full Tang. 

Newt’s splotchy black coated  chisel ground tanto style blade. The blade is made from high carbon 1095  steel. Very sharp plain edge. LIVESAY stamped on tang. 5c & f stamped on other side. 5C indicates the knife was made from 1095 steel, F indicates the knife was made in 2000

9 5/8″ OAL, 5″ Blade, 3/16″ Blade Thickness. Somewhere along the line I misplaced the kydex sheath. I had a custom heavy duty brown leather belt sheath made for the knife.
