A massive vintage custom BoBowie style fixed blade knife made by Wichita, Kansas knife maker Eldon Courtney.ldon Courtney. Eldon is no longer with us but his knives live on.. Made in 1993

Selling as pre owned but you can see from photos the knife has not been used and doesn’t even appear to have ever been carried. 

A huge mirror polished hollow ground Bowie style fixed blade knife. Top edge is sharp. There is some sort of rub on one side of  the knife near his signature logo. 

A large dyed elk handle. Hidden tang. Heavy copper guard. Mirror polished butt cap. 

Copper & micarta spacers.. ” Eldon Courtney Wichita, Kansas" etched on one side of blade and 1 of 1 & 31-93 on the other side of blade. I believe it was his 31st knife and this one made in 1993

13” OAL, 8″ blade, 7 3/8" Cutting Edge, 1/4" Blade Thickness 

The individual I I obtained the knife from had Kansas knife maker Harvey King make a beautiful custom leather sheath. Harvey's logo stamped on back side.
